A renowned culinary competition judge, organizer of cooking competitions, and TV cooking show host across numerous official channels, she is an internationally certified trainer and the first Emirati academic specializing in the culinary and hospitality field. With experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants, she has earned global medals on behalf of the UAE and achieved many groundbreaking accomplishments as the first Emirati in various branches of culinary sciences.

He works as a food and beverage consultant and founder of the Restaurant Clinic. With over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and more than 15 years of experience in the UAE market, he has established himself as a key figure in the culinary world.
