Kemaidesh bin Abdulwahed bin Abdullah bin Noman Al Kaabi was born in 1947 in "Al Hayr", near Al Ain city in Abu Dhabi. He attended public schools before joining the police force and rising to the rank of officer, serving in various regions of the country.

Al Kaabi attended numerous poetry evenings in Al Ain city and other cities across the UAE, as well as evenings held outside of the country.
