UAEU, Main Stage
This workshop combines language and art, or writing and drawing, teaching students how to form text visually, introducing the idea in a tangible way that can be seen.
Guiding students to look at literary texts and think about them from a different angle, trying to reach the main idea and theme, through drawing, which enhances students’ ability to receive and interpret the text in greater depth, instead of speed reading, which leads to reliance on initial understanding.
Critic and University Professor in the Department of Arabic Language and Literature at the UAEU
