Two kitchens meet through two beloved dishes. Amna Al Ahmad, known as "Yadooh Amna", prepares traditional Emirati Thareed, while Chef Raafat Al Endari presents the Levantine dish "Basha wa Asakro".
Guided by Chef Muna Almansoori, the demonstration introduces visitors to the flavours and food traditions of the UAE and the Levant.
